How do you create an outfit? Do you plan your looks? I sometimes try to plan the exact items and I always write down the ideas, but I usually change everything when I actually put it on. I first imagined this white coat with a black ensemble with a simple pair of black pants/jeans. Then I tried it on before going out of the house, and it was just plain to me. I changed my regular jeans for these wide pallazo pants and that was it! The combination then looked simple yet effective.
So... I guess the answer would be that I always build up my outfits based on one item. I just create an idea of the colours and shapes that would give me the wanted effect. Here's what it looks like in my notebook: ''white coat, black out, pop of dark red somewhere, sharp...''
I'm wearing a Mango coat, custom made pants, bag from Bimba y Lola, and Zara heels.
